Jacques Garnier cooperage makes cognac barrels with French oak exclusively, selected by our Wood Buyers in the French forests managed by the ONF, Office National des Forêts.

The complete traceability of the wood follows the HACCP procedures.
All our wood is seasoned naturally in the open air on the two Jacques Garnier stavewood yards.
